Ordered online, did curb side pick up. Pulled up the brewery, open my trunk, called them, held my ID, against my window, they put it in back & closed it. Super seamless. I got some interesting beers.

A Keylime Pie ale.

Elderflower & blueberry Kolsch

A porter

A stout

and a dark lager

Then they threw in 4 of these (along with a free pint after this whole virus clears up) as a thank you for buying from them right now.

It’s also a well managed brewery too. They pay living wage, & have fun employee programs. One is every month staff can put in ideas for a new beer, then if it gets chosen at random they do a limited 1 month run of it( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ). Some make it into their regular runs too. I don’t mind spending a little more here.

I’ll have to look out for those, Detour is one of my favourite beers, but I want to give those dark ones a try very much.

I have had that Shinni cked Stout before & it’s very good. You can sign up for the beer club & have 4 of moon lit kettle series shipped to you each month. You don’t know what it will be until you revive it.

Dang, that subscription is expensive.

I may just have to make a trip over there at some point - I haven’t had a long drive in a while. They have a lot of interesting stuff on the website that I’ve never seen in stores.

I need to look into curbside pick up . I have found that I am handling all of this much better when I drink at night . Not a good thing, but it’s where I’m at. I don’t like the idea of taking my life in my hands when I go buy beer.
